#7 Grand Valley State went 1-2 at the Gannon Quad Saturday (Jan. 18) in Erie, Pa. The Lakers, who wrestled with just two regulars in the lineup (125 Orion Wilson/285 #3 Carter Blough), defeated Fairmont State 38-10, but dropped decisions to Millersville (22-18) and #13 Gannon (40-12). GVSU competed at the NWCA National Duals last weekend and finished sixth among 16 of the top 25 programs in the country. 

Orion Wilson (125) went 2-1 with a fall and tech fall, while Brady Vogt (149) went 2-0 with a pair of major decisions. Brayden Bobo (184) went 3-0 with two falls and a decision, followed by #3-ranked Carter Blough (285) who went 3-0 with two falls.
