Grand Valley State University Athletics

Joey Cha enters his second season as an Assistant Coach for the Women’s Volleyball program. Cha is a Grand Valley State alumni where he played for three years on the Men’s Club Volleyball team.

Cha is an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Movement Science, working to finish his master’s degree in Adult and Higher Education, and an Assistant Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Club Volleyball program.

While teaching middle school health and physical education, Cha has coached volleyball at West Catholic High School, Northview High School, and East Grand Rapids High School.
