Megan joined the coaching staff in August 2023.

During the two years Herr has been on staff, the Lakers have claimed on GLIAC regular season title and made back-to-back trips to the NCAA Tournament, advancing each year. Herr has coached 10 All-GLIAC players, three All-Region athletes, and three All-Americans. 

Megan is a 2022 graduate of Davenport University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in medical case management.  While at Davenport, Megan was a four-year starter for the women’s volleyball team as a middle blocker and right side. Along with coaching, she is currently working towards her master’s degree in healthcare administration with a concentration in finance.
