2021-22: Ran a personal-best in the 3000m with a time of 8:14.69 finishing in first at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic… Finished in second place in the mile at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Meet recording a personal-best of 4:08.60… Earned All-Academic honors

2020-21: Placed fourth in the 5000m at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 14:39.89... Ran a personal-best time of 30:08.89 in the 10,000m at the Bellarmine Jim Vargo Invitational... Finished fifth in the 5000m clocking in at 14:39.46 in the GLIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships... Ran a personal-best in the mile at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Open with a time of 4:12.29... Earned GLIAC All-Academic honors. 

Prior to GVSU: Competed for two years at Benedictine University... Qualified for NCAA DIII Indoor National Championships in the 5,000m (2019-2020)... Earned USTFCCCA All-America honors in 2020 (5,000m)... Named 2018 Waukegan High School Male Athlete of the Year.
