2021-22: USTFCCCA All-Academic Team… USTFCCCA First-Team All-American (4x400 Relay)… USTFCCCA All-Region Honors (4x400m Relay, 110m Hurdles, 400m Hurdles)… Finished first in the 4x400 with a time of 3:14.99 at the Michigan Invitational… Placed first at the GVSU Snowdown Showdown in the 4x400 clocking in at 3:12.92… Finished first at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational in the 110m hurdles (14.39) & 400m hurdles (51.29)… Recorded a personal-best time of 48.33 at the GLIAC Indoor Track & Field Championship in the 400m… Earned All-Academic Excellence honors

2020-21: USTFCCCA First-Team All-American 400m hurdles (Outdoor), 4x400m relay (Indoor/Outdoor), and distance medley relay (Indoor)... Finished second in the 400m hurdles with a GVSU school-record and personal-best time of 50.75 at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships... Placed second in the 110m hurdles at the GLIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a personal-best time of 14.32... Finished second in the 400m hurdles clocking in at 51.28... Ran a personal-best time in the 400m clocking in at 48.50 to finished third... Placed third in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.14... Earned GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honors. 


Prior to GVSU: Competed at Central Michigan... Named the 2019 MAC Outdoor Champion in the 400m hurdles (52.26)... Set a personal best (52.58) in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA East Region Preliminary... 2019 MAC Indoor 4x400m runner-up (3:12.92)...
