2024 NCAA Championships: Miret Sala placed 5th in both the 200 Freestyle and 400 Freestyle Relay with times of 1:18:73 and 2:54:13. Also being a member of the 800 Freestyle relay that finished with a time of 6:25:58 and placed 6th. He was a member of the 400 Medley Relay that placed 9th with a time of 3:10:38. Miret Sala placed 13th in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 47.98.
2024 GLIAC Championships: Member of the 200 and 800 Freestyle Relay took home first place with times of 1:19:04 and 6:27:83. Miret Sala competed in the 400 Medley Relay that placed first with a time of 3:11:57. He finished in second in the 200 Freestyle with a recorded time of 1:36:58. Miret Sala placed third in the 200 IM with a time of 1:47:33. Finished third in the 100 Backstroke with a time of 48.53 and finished fourth with a time of 1:46:47 in the 200 Backstroke.
2023 NCAA Championships: Finished 7th in the 200 Free with a time of 1:36.50... Member of the 400 Free Relay, which finished 7th with a time of 2:55.56. He finished the starting leg with a split time of 44.14… Anchored the 200 Free Relay, which finished 9th with a time of 1:19.79. He finished with a split time of 19.93… Member of the 400 Medley Relay, which finished 10th with a time of 3:13.26. He finished the backstroke leg with a split time of 48.08… Member of the 200 Medley Relay, which finished 17th with a time of 1:28.62. He finished the backstroke leg with a split time of 22.50.
2023 GLIAC Championships: Secured a silver medal in the 200 Free with an NCAA B Cut time of 1:36.40… Added another silver medal with an NCAA B Cut time of 48.39 in the 100 Back… Scored a bronze medal in the 200 IM with an NCAA B Cut time of 1:48.36… Produced another bronze medal in the 100 Back with an NCAA B Cut time of 1:46.24… Set a new GLIAC Championship record as a member of the 800 Free Relay, which finished in 6:32.78 to win the gold medal.
