2026 NCAA Championship: Geiger was part of the 2026 NCAA National Team and competed in two events. She was a member of both the 200 and 400 medley relay teams, which placed thirteenth (1:42.64) and fourteenth (3:45.91). She was named an Honorable Mention All-American. 

2026 GLIAC Championship: Geiger competed in five different events for the Lakers. She touched the wall in 1:02.95 in the 100 breaststroke to take second place. She placed fourth in the 200 breaststroke and sixth in the 200 IM with times of 2:17.59 and 2:07.86, respectively. She was a member of the 200 medley relay that placed second with a time of 1:42.60. Geiger was also a member of the 400 medley relay that touched the wall in 3:42.80 to take home the GLIAC Championship.

2025 GLIAC Championship: Geiger competed in four different events at the 2025 GLIAC Championships. She finished in 6th place in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:04.78. In the 200 backstroke, she placed 7th with a time of 2:21.10. Geiger also competed in the 200 IM and 400 IM, finishing 11th with a time of 2:07.05 and 15th with a time of 4:36.

2024 GLIAC Championships: Competing in the 200 IM with a time of 2:08:52, Geiger placed seventh overall. She placed fourth in the 100 Breaststroke race with a time of 1:03:88. Posting a time of 2:20:33 in 200 Breaststroke, Geiger took 6th place.

2023 GLIAC Championships: Won the 100 Breast Consolation Final with a time of 1:05.08… Finalist in the 200 Breast, posting a time of 2:23.56… Posted a time of 4:39.91 in the 400 IM Consolation Finals.
