Biography

As a Junior (2019)
Earned GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team honors...Saw action in 33 games as one of the most used pinch runners throughout the season…Scored 13 runs and was 1-1 in stolen base attempts…Scored a run in the Lakers Regional Championships victory over Southern Indiana (5/11) and was used as a pinch runner in the Lakers College World Series games against Texas A&M Kingsville (5/23) and LIU Post (5/24).

As a Sophomore (2018)
Earned GLIAC All-Academic honors…Played in 31 games, making nine starts to help GVSU to its eighth straight NCAA Tournament appearance and 16th appearance overall…Hit .160 in 25 at bats, tallying four hits and five total bases…Scored 12 runs and was 11-for-13 in stolen base attempts…Went 1-for-1 in a win over Notre Dame College (3/5), while stealing a base and picking up a walk…Went 2-for-3 in a victory over Ferris State (3/18), nabbing her first double of the season…Scored a run in GVSU’s victory over Indianapolis in the NCAA Midwest Region Tournament.

As a Freshman (2017)
Appeared in 38 games as a true freshman and made 22 starts (12 in center field, eight in right field, and two in left field; one of just two Lakers to make a start at three positions)…Owned a .250 average with 17 hits, 16 runs, three doubles, a triple, two homers, and 12 RBI…Ranked 19th in the GLIAC with eight stolen bases, as she was 8-for-10 in stolen base attempts…Homered in her second collegiate at-bat, a two-run homer in an 8-0 win over Missouri S&T (Feb. 24); she finished 2-for-3 with three RBI in the win…Went 1-for-3 with an RBI later that day in a 3-0 victory over Illinois Springfield (Feb. 24)…Scored a run and went 1-for-3 in 6-0 win over William Jewell (Feb. 25)…Doubled, scored twice, and walked in 13-5 victory over Quincy (Mar. 7)…Went 2-for-3 with a stolen base, RBI, and two runs in 7-3 win against Rockhurst (Mar. 9)…Tallied two runs, a double, an RBI, a walk, and two stolen bases against Sioux Falls (Mar. 10)…Collected a base hit in four straight games from Mar. 11-24, scoring a run and stealing a base in three of those contests, while driving in a run and hitting a triple against Ohio Dominican (Mar. 24)…Hit a game-ending three-run homer to help GVSU reach the 8-0 mercy rule victory over Aquinas (Apr. 18)…Scored three runs as a pinch runner in postseason play, including both games of the GLIAC Tournament (May 6)…Scored the only run in team’s 1-0 NCAA Tournament win over Indianapolis (May 12), sliding in safely ahead of a throw home to keep Lakers alive in the NCAA postseason.
