2007 Outdoor: Placed fourth at the Mt. Sac Relays in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:07.57 (4/7)...Finished 12th with a time of 4:00.75 in the 1500-meter run at the Long Beach State Invite (4/14)...Finished second in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:04.88 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays (4/29)...Earned all-american honors with a sixth place finish at the DII Championships with a time of 9:05.67 (5/27)...Won the GLIAC Championship 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:13.63 (5/3).
2007 Indoor: Finished eighth in the 3k run at the Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 8:38.05 (1/26)...Won the 5k run with a time of 14:51.4 at the GLIAC Championships (2/24).
2006 Cross Country: Finished 35th in the 8000-meter run at the Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational with a time of 25:54 (9/30)...Placed fourth in the 8000-meter run at the Michigan Intercollegiate Championships with a time of 24:38.6 (10/6)...Crossed the tape eighth in the 8k at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 24:55.8 (10/21)...Finished 13th in the 10k at the Great Lakes Regional Championships with a time of 32:48.9 (11/4)...Placed 40th in the 10k at the Division II Championships with a time of 30:57.6 (11/18).
2006: Ran his fastest 3k with a 8:42.96 at the Notre Dame Invitational...Placed ninth at the GLIAC Conference meet in the 3000M Finals...Outdoor, competed in the steeple chase at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays running a 9:18...Finished third at the GLIAC Meet in the steeple chase...Went on to set a personal best, qualify for the NCAA National meet, and set a new Grand Valley State School Record at the North Central Last Chance Meet, running a 9:08.2... Was named All-American when he placed 7th in the steeple chase at the NCAA National Meet.
2005: Finished second in the 8k at Michigan Intercollegiates with a time of 25:32...Mamed first team all conference, and GLIAC Freshman of the Year...Ran a 32:45 10k at the Great Lakes Regional to finish 23rd...Finished 50th at the NCAA National Meet to help Grand Valley to a 4th place finish, its highest finish in school history.
2004: Redshirted the Cross Country season.
