2012-13: Appeared in 22 games during true freshman season, averaging 8.5 minutes per game...Totaled 15 assists (and just 10 turnovers) on the year, while collecting 12 steals and five blocks...Averaged 1.7 points and 0.9 rebounds per game, shooting 43.8 percent from the field...Made 6-of-16 three-point attempts and 5-of-7 free throws on the year...Scored season-high nine points twice; in 87-53 victory over Kuyper (11/19) and in 81-73 home victory over rival Ferris State (3/2)...Made 2-of-3 three-point tries and 3-of-4 free throws, to go with two blocked shots, in season-best 21 minutes against FSU...Dished out five assists in collegiate debut, an 84-47 victory over Michigan-Dearborn (11/12)...Supplied seven points and a blocked shot in 10 minutes of GLIAC Tournament semifinal game against Lake Superior State (3/9).

High School: Prepped at Grand Rapids Northview High School under head coach Trevor Chalmers...Averaged 19.1 points, 5.4 assists, 3.8 steals, and 3.7 rebounds per game in 2010-11, helping Wildcats win Class A District Championship...Team went 17-7 that season, in which he earned all-state honorable mention honors...Member of the Ottawa-Kent White All-Conference Team three times...Named to all-area first team, while garnering academic all-state recognition...Put up 17.7 points, 3.0 assists, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.0 steals per game in 2009-10, while shooting 85.3 percent from free throw line...Shot 49.5 percent from the field and averaged 13.1 points, 2.5 assists, and 2.0 rebounds per game in 2008-09...Played three years of varsity football...Named varsity club president in 2010-11 and was a member of National Honors Society from 2009-11.
