Prior to GVSU: Played at Grand Rapids Community College under head coach Chip Will and former Laker assistant coach Joe Murray...Starting setter for Raider team that captured the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II National Championship...Named tournament most valuable player, recording 145 assists, 47 digs, and 20 kills in the four matches at the national tournament...Also named to the NJCAA Division II All-Tournament Team...Raider team finished 39-1 and 14-0 in conference play, winning 12 of a possible 14 sets at the national competition...Earned NJCAA All-America honors...Totaled team highs of 1,016 assists, 38 service aces, and 20 solo blocks (78 total blocks).
