As a Senior (2020) *Season canceled early due to COVID-19*
Started all four games and netted five goals, including a season-high three goals against Indianapolis (2/28)… Picked up two ground balls and caused one turnover… Named to the GLIAC All-Academic team.

As a Junior (2019)
Appeared in 17 games, all as a sub... Scored 10 goals and added seven assists for 17 points... Also added nine ground balls and a draw control... Had three multi-goal games on the season, scoring twice against McKendree (3/29), Northern Michigan (4/12) and Concordia-St. Paul (4/26).

As a Sophomore (2018)
Saw action in four games... Scored a goal and recorded both a ground ball and caused turnover in a win over Northern Michigan (4/20)... Caused a turnover in three of four games played... Helped Lakers to a sixth straight GLIAC regular season championship...

As a Freshman (2017)
Saw action in two games… Recorded one goal on two shots, picked up two ground balls, and caused a turnover against Northern Michigan (Apr. 15)… Picked up one ground ball in a 20-4 victory over Walsh (Apr. 27)… Helped GVSU to its fifth consecutive GLIAC regular season championship. 

High School
Prepped under Erin Murphy at Lakeland Regional High School … earned four letters as a member of the girls lacrosse team … recorded 346 points on 242 goals and 104 assists from 2013-16 … holds the Lakeland Regional High School record for most points and goals in a career for boy’s or girl’s lacrosse ... recorded 74 ground balls in 2016, the first year ground balls were recognized and recorded as an official statistic by the NJSIAA … a two-time 1st Team All-Big North Conference and 1st Team All-Passaic County selection (2014 & 2015) … helped the Lancers win Big North Conference titles as a freshman and sophomore (2013 & 2014) and to qualify for the NJSIAA state championships four times (2013-16) … played club lacrosse for DEWLAX Club and Jersey Thunder …  also played four years of varsity soccer (2013-16), three years of varsity basketball (2014-16), and one year of winter track (2013).

Daughter of John and Kelly Yost … was a member of DECA … enjoys spending time with her family and friends … majoring in Business.
