As a Sophomore (2018): Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team…Helped the Lakers to their eighth straight NCAA Tournament Appearance and 16th overall…Played in 18 games as a sophomore…Scored three runs as a pinch runner and tallied two putouts in the field…Scored her first run of the season in a 7-0 victory over #13-nationally ranked Winona State (2/23)…Also scored runs in victories over Cedarville (3/6) and Davenport (5/5).

2017: Appeared in 24 games during true freshman season and made one start…Totaled 10 at-bats, scored six runs and collected two walks, a hit, and an RBI…Notched first collegiate hit with a go-ahead RBI single in eventual 6-4 home win over Findlay (Apr. 8)…Walked and scored a run in game two as team captured GLIAC championship in doubleheader sweep at #22 Saginaw Valley State (Apr. 29)…Scored a run in GLIAC Tournament win over Findlay (May 6) and in NCAA Tournament against #9 Southern Indiana (May 11).

High School: Prepped at Lincoln Way West in New Lenox, Ill. under head coach Heather Novak...Helped Warriors win Southwest Suburban Conference titles as well as regional championships in both 2014 and 2016…Named Third Team All-State in 2016, while receiving Second Team All-Area honors, and All-SWSC plaudits the same season…Team captain during 2016 season…Recorded highest grade point average on the team twice (2014, 2016)…Also participated in National Honor Society and Warrior Way.

Personal: Daughter of George and Jean Czart…Majoring in nursing…Enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, and playing softball.
