Nauss wrapped up her sophomore season with a 49–8 career record and an impressive 23–5 season record. She posted a 7–3 dual meet record, earning 22 dual points and 69 tournament points. In her second year at Grand Valley, she became a two-time National Runner-up in the 207-pound weight class and a two-time Regional Champion.
