ALLENDALE, MICH - Grand Valley State Athletics has completed renovations to Fieldhouse Arena, bringing new amenities and an enhanced fan experience to the home of GVSU basketball, volleyball and wrestling. Fans are invited to experience the newly renovated Fieldhouse Arena during an Open House on Thursday, Aug. 27, from 4:30-6 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the updated facility, view the new suites and seating options, and experience the arena's upgraded videoboards. GVSU Athletics staff will be available throughout the event to provide information about tickets, ticket packages, group outings and other ways to experience Laker Athletics. Fans can also meet members of the GVSU basketball teams and coaching staffs ahead of the upcoming season while enjoying light bites and refreshments.

Improved Fan Experience
The Fieldhouse Arena renovations introduce a variety of new amenities designed to improve comfort, accessibility and the overall game-day experience.
Upgrades include:
- Upgraded videoboards featuring enhanced replay capabilities and stat tracking
- 338 padded chairback seats with cup holders
- New bleacher backs
- New premium suites
- An updated main floor entrance
- Improved seating options throughout the arena
