#14 Grand Valley State (12-4) dropped a 4-1 decision to #18 Minnesota State Saturday afternoon at Paul Thomas Park in Leesburg, Florida. GVSU ended a four-day, six-game ledger in Florida with a 4-2 record. GVSU will host Gannon in a four-game series at the GVSU Baseball Field March 14-16 in Allendale, Michigan.
Grand Valley State made five errors and walked seven batters that led to all four runs that Minnesota State scored. In addition, the Lakers hit into two inning-ending double plays.
