Carter Blough's championship with a 4-0 record. Blough claimed wins over four DI opponents, including Kaleb Rosen (10-3), Michigan State's Josh Terrill (4-1), Arizona State's 19
th-ranked David Szuba (4-1) and Northern Illinois's Sean Carroll (7-3) in the final. Sophomore
Brayden Mirjavadi (197) finished 2-3, claiming wins over Brody Evans (11-10/Edinboro) and Gabe Christenson (6-5/Northwestern).
In the freshman/sophomore portion of the tournament
Bradley Mayse (174) went 3-1 and finished third. Mayse defeated Carson Mize (Ohio State) 2-0, Tyson Clear (Edinboro) 20-4, and Easton Belifore (Edinboro). Cody Kirk of Davison defeated Mayse 7-4. Sophomore
Collin Twigg (141) went 3-3, highlighted by wins over Sean Larkin of Michigan State (3-2), Simon Kruse of Wisconsin (5-3) and Giosue Hickman from Northwester (2-0). Preston LeFevre (133) finished third and went 4-1, claiming wins over Rico Saenz from Michigan State (17-2), Conor McAlary from Michigan State (11-2) and Wyat Nemitz from Findlay (7-1).
Tyler Pressel went 2-2 at 165, claiming wins over Hunter Dietrich of Findlay (9-1) and Christian Rutherford from Davison (12-9).
