#16 Grand Valley State tallied a 2-1 record at the 2024 Pitt-Johnstown Mountain Cat Duals Saturday (Jan. 6) in Johnstown, Pa. The Lakers opened with a 24-13 victory over #9 UNC-Pembroke, claimed a 34-9 win over Frostburg State and dropped a 29-13 decision to #11 Pitt-Johnstown. GVSU is now 7-2 on the year and will compete at the Regional Duals on Saturday, Jan. 13 in Tiffin, Ohio. GVSU went 17-13 in overall matches and recorded nine bonus point wins on the day.
