The Lakers are 4-0 on the season, and up to number two in the national rankings, as they defeated Findlay and Central State on the road last weekend. GVSU used a second-half comeback to take down Findlay 58-53, as Abrie Cabana scored a career-high 17 points and added five rebounds, while Megan Crow had 11 points and Rylie Bisballe contributed 10 points and six boards. The next day against Central State, the Laker offense exploded for 113 points, as six players scored in double-figures. Crow scored a career-high 19 points on perfect 8-8 shooting to lead the way. GVSU dished out a school-record 34 assists in the win as well, with Molly Anderson having eight and Avery Zeinstra passing out six. The 4-0 start for the Lakers is the fifth consecutive season they have started their season with four straight wins.
