09.03.2021

Tickets

Grand Valley State's 2021 season-opening football game versus Edinboro scheduled for Saturday, September 4 at 7 p.m., has been canceled due to Covid-19 protocols within the Edinboro football program.

"We are obviously disappointed with the cancelation of the game," said head coach Matt Mitchell. "Our players were looking forward to getting back on the field for this game, but we will regroup and show the resilience this group has displayed over the last two years."

Season ticket holders will receive notification at the end of the season regarding all options available to them, including having a portion of their order refunded. Single-game ticket buyers had until Thursday, September 2 at 9 a.m. to notify the ticket office (tickets@gvsu.edu / 616-331-3200) if they would like to exchange for any other home game. Otherwise, all single-game tickets and parking orders will automatically be refunded by September 10 to the card used for the purchase.

Grand Valley State will host Colorado State-Pueblo on Stars and Stripes Night Saturday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. in the season-opening game at Lubbers Stadium. Fans are encouraged to wear blue. Prior to opening kickoff, the Fastrax Parachute Demonstration Team will parachute into the stadium and the Kari Lynch Band will perform live at halftime.
