Allendale, Mich. - Grand Valley State dropped a 61-56 decision to #7 North Dakota Saturday afternoon in the final game of the Days Inn Grand Haven Classic. GVSU falls to 1-2 overall and will play at UW-Parkside Monday at 6:30 p.m.

GVSU led 34-30 at the half and 56-48 with 5:11 remaining, however, North Dakota went on a 13-0 scoring run to end the game and pull out the five point win. GVSU shot just 33.3 percent in the second half and 40.0 percent for the game.

Niki Reams led GVSU with 16 points and nine rebounds, while Julia Braseth chipped in 12 points and four rebounds. Erica Ryskamp added nine points. Freshman Erin Cyplik pulled down seven rebounds.
