Hillsdale, Mich. - The Grand Valley State women's tennis picked up its first GLIAC win of the year with an 8-1 win at Hillsdale College Thursday (Sept. 12). Grand Valley State will be at Wayne State Friday (Sept. 13).

Marie Cameron won a tough three-setter (3-6, 6-3, 6-2) at number one singles, while Nikki Fairchild (2), Alison Koopsen (3), Kellen Lynch (4), Stephanie Donston (5), and Laura Sukup (6) all won in straight sets. GVSU also claimed wins at number one and two doubles.
