Rebekah Roller joined the GVSU staff in the summer of 2021 under first-year head coach Jim Conlon. Roller spent the previous four years (three seasons) under Conlon at Division III Washington University.
Roller served as full-time assistant coach, recruiting coordinator and, most-recently, camp director during her time at WashU, helping lead the Bears to a 56-4-4 (.906) record while earning University Athletic Association (UAA) championships and berths in the NCAA Tournament in all three possible seasons.
Roller was a four-year letter winner at DePaul University, where the midfielder tied the program's career records for games played (82) and started (80). Upon graduation, Roller spent two years playing professional soccer for Merilappi United in the Finnish Premiere League in 2015, and was on the Chicago Red Stars roster in the National Women’s Soccer League during the summer of 2016. She concluded her playing career in January 2017 after spending six months with A.S.D. Mozzanica in the Italian Premiere League.
