2016 GLIAC Championships: Member of the 400-yard freestyle relay team who finished 5th with a time of 3:06.33...Finished 13th in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:43.03...Placed 14th in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:54.75...Earned another 14th place finish in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 9:56.79.

2015 GLIAC Championships: Earned a 5th place finish in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4:41.12...Finished 7th in the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 9:43.08...Placed 8th in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:43.05. 

2013 GLIAC Championships: Finished seventh in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:54.30...Placed 11th in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:42.61...Also finished 12th in the 1000-yard freestyle with a time of 9:48.72.

Top Times: 50 Freestyle: 21.42; 100 Freestyle: 46.19; 200 Freestyle: 1:40.43; 500 Freestyle: 4:35.90; 1000 Freestyle: 9:39.04; 100 Butterfly: 51.59; 200 Butterfly: 1:54.21.

High School: Prepped at Spring Lake High School under head coach Penny Zacek...Named All-Conference and All-State all 4 years...As a freshman, he set the school record in the 500 and as a sophomore, he re-set the school record in the 500...His junior year, he placed 2nd and 3rd at the state meet and his senior year he became a two-time state champion...Helped his team become Conference Champions all 4 years...Helped team to top 10 finishes at MHSAA Division III state meet for three years...He also participated in Cross Country, Track and Field, Marching Band, Concert Band, the Spring Musical, and three years of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Mike and Penny Zacek...Secondary Education major...Enjoys playing music and water skiing.
