2014: Appeared in 36 games and made 24 starts in the outfield and as a designated player…Hit .277 for the year, totaling 18 hits, three doubles, and six RBI…Finished sixth on the team with 20 runs…Went 3-for-4, scored three times, and drove in a pair of runs in 16-3 win over University of Sciences (3/3)…Combined for a 3-for-7 effort at the plate with a pair of runs in doubleheader sweep over then-#14 Wayne State (4/11), an eventual College World Series participant…Tallied 3-for-3 outing with two runs scored and a pair of doubles in 8-3 win at Findlay (4/26)…Recorded five games of two or more hits and five games of at least two runs.
2013: Appeared in 43 games as team's top pinch runner off the bench...Scored a run in 15 different games, including three runs in postseason play...Crossed the plate once in each of the following series: the Midwest Regional Tournament in Allendale, the Midwest Super Regional Tournament in Indianapolis, and the Division II College World Series in Salem, Virginia.
High School: Prepped at East Kentwood High School under head coach Sheri Hoving...Led the Faclons to a regional runner-up finish, an Ottawa-Kent Red Conference championship, and a district title...Earned all-state, all-region, all-district, and all-OK Red Conference awards...A team captain, she garnered academic all-state honors...Played two years of volleyball at East Kentwood...Also participated in Student Council and Symphonic Orchestra...Sister (Katie) played volleyball at GVSU in 2002-03.
