2025-26: Made big leaps in his five indoor meets, including a PR in every single meet. From a 4:16.63 PR in the mile, to improving on it two weeks later with a 4:13.82 mile PR at the GVSU Mike Lints Alumni Meet. Ran a 8:29.34 3000m at the GVSU Bill Clinger, and improved on that PR by running a 8:28.17 at the GVSU Tune-Up. The highlight of his indoor season was a 5000m PR of 14:38 at the GVSU Big Meet. His three outdoor meets were highlighted by a 4:01.20 1500m PR at the GVSU Al & Sue Owens Classic.

2024-25: Competed in five indoor meets... Recorded a personal-best 1 mile finish at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open (I) crossing the finish line at 4:24.18... Ran a personal-best 3000m time of 8:37.96 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic (I)... Finished the 5000m event at the GVSU Big Meet (I) at a personal-best 15:03.56 finish...

2023-24: Competed in four indoor and one outdoor meet... Ran a personal-best 1 mile time at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open (I) placing 17th at 4:25.91... Finished ninth in the 3k with a personal-best time of 8:43.61 at the Bill Clinger Classic (I)... Ran a personal-best 5k time finishing tenth at 15:16.14 at the GVSU Early Meet (O)...
