The Grand Valley State men's and women's swimming & diving team will continue action at Hope College in a tri-meet versus Hope and Saginaw Valley State. All of the action will take place at the Holland Aquatic Center beginning at 1 p.m. The Lakers are coming off season-opening wins last week versus Findlay. 

On the men's side freshman Eric Hieber hit NCAA B cuts in the 1000 and 500 free en route to a pair of victories. Keegan Hawkins (200 IM, 200 breast, 100 breast) won three events, while Oscar Saura-Armengol (50 free, 100 fly) and Chris Kelly (1-meter, 3-meter), Noah Ellis (100 back, 200 back) each won two events. 

The GVSU women hit 10 NCAA cuts en route to a convincing win. Freshman Sara Puscas (1000 free, 200 fly, 500 free) hit the NCAA standard, while Emma Bliss (200 free, 500 free), Melina De Cort (100 back) and Delaney Wihebrink (100 breast) each hit cuts. Gracyn Segard (1-meter, 3-meter), Allyson Schafer (1-meter) and Nicole Taormina (1-meter) each hit the NCAA stadard.
