GVSU Men Defeat NMU 171-129 In S&D Action; Women Drop 181-116 Decision to NMU

The Grand Valley State men's swimming & diving team claimed an impressive 171-129 decision over Northern Michigan University on Saturday afternoon at the GVSU Pool, while the GVSU women's team dropped a 181-116 decision to NMU. GVSU's next meet will be Saturday (Nov. 18) at Ball State University.
 
On the men's side, swimmer Ahmed Nabih broke a GVSU Pool record in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 55.66, while Marius Mikalauskas broke his own GVSU Pool record of 2:01.87 in the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:59.82.

200 Free – Sam Postmus finished first with a time of 1:55.59.
