Lakers Fall in GLIAC Tournament Semifinals

Midland, Mich. - The Grand Valley State men's tennis team dropped their semifinal match against Wayne State on Saturday (Apr. 16) at the GLIAC Tournament by a 5-1 score. The Lakers were swept in the three doubles matches and got a singles win from freshman Bryan Hodges, but two more Warrior wins in singles led to the defeat. GVSU will face Ferris State on Sunday (Apr. 17) at 9 a.m. in the third-place match. The Lakers will look to avenge a 5-4 loss to the Bulldogs back on March 27th.
