Every Grand Valley player improved on their score from the first day of the Invitational. Freshman
Bryce Messner led the Lakers in scoring with a 142 (-2) overall score, followed by freshman
Mitchell White 145 (+1), senior
Tyler Polulak 147 (+3), junior
Ted Rider 147 (+3) and freshman
Alex Scott with a 150 (+6).Â

Sophomore
Domenic Mancinelli, competing as an individual, finished in third place for the whole field, shooting a 141 (-3) combined score . Junior
Alex Nannetti, also competing as an individual, shot a 145 (+1).

The Lakers made up some ground in the standings by recording the most birdies of any team in the field, as well as adding three eagles. Mancinelli (9), Messner (8), White(7) and Polulak (6) each recorded multiple birdies in the event, while
Alex Scott, White and Messner recorded one eagle each.

Jake Troyer of second place Malone was the top individual finisher, shooting a 137 (-7).

Grand Valley next competes in the Regional tournament at Harborside Golf Club in Dearborn, Michigan on Monday, September 28
th and Tuesday, September 29
th.
